Registration Forms - Families that are interested in enrolling their families for the 2025 - 2026 school year, can fill out the registration forms for their child and send them to the center director for admission approval, a ​$200 Registration Fee due at time of enrollment. ​

We look forward to welcoming you into the Eagles’ Nest family! Admissions PolicyAn infant should be at least six (6) weeks of age to be admitted into the Infant program.A toddler should be eighteen (18) months of age to be admitted into the Toddler program A child should be two (2) years of age on or before September 1 to be admitted into our Two-Year-Old program.A child should be three (3) years of age to be admitted into our Twos & Three-Year-Old program.
